Cirque Du Soleil: Worlds Away Review

James Cameron known for many movies including his special effects filled film "Avatar" returns to just the basics aka people. Basic is only saying that a lot of movies use actors but this movie shows off their actor's amazing skills. It helps that the whole cast is straight from Cirque Du Soleil shows all around.

Only a few words are spoken in this film, because the point isn't as much the script, as it is the movement. Erica Linz and Igor Zaripov are your main characters, they are great and give everything they got to this film and it is EPIC. The whole Cirque cast is quite fantastic  In their own way, they each bring a large of amount of details to this story.

Now this movie gives you the chance to go see a Cirque Du Soleil show even if you don't live in Las Vegas or another location that Cirque shows are performed such as Walt Disney World. Some would say that a movie isn't the same as the stage show itself, well I am here to say that isn't true with this film. Thanks to Mr. Cameron's master work with the 3D tech, this movie swings right off the screen and over your seats as if you were sitting at a live show. There are under water scenes that feel like you are truly under the sea, the bubble float by just like when you blow bubbles out of a jar.

Now I can't do this review without giving high marks to the Director, Producer and Writer Andrew Adamson. For those of you that don't know, Mr. Adamson also sat in all three of those chairs in a movie series called "The Chronicles of Narnia". As said in an interview with Erica Linz in the trailer for this film that runs right before the movie starts, Andrew Adamson if he needs you to do a funny scene he "will tell a joke to make you smile".

There really isn't anything to dislike about this movie, it is all around AMAZING. If there you go see a movie this holiday season, make it Cirque Du Soleil: Worlds Away. If you don't leave that movie amazed, go back and figure out what you missed because you must of missed a lot. Hey even when you walk out of the theater amazed, go back to see it again anyways. This is a film that the Oscars should not pass by.
